Principles
When beauty and clarity conflict, this is the order we resolve it in.
A number on screen must match what was agreed. If we cannot show it accurately we say so instead of approximating.
Verified identities, visible representation, retained history. Nothing important is latest-only.
Every screen answers "what do I need to do next" before it tries to look impressive.
Verification
You provide only what the route needs — identity, business registration or a social ownership code.
A Krezuu verification admin reviews the evidence. Every decision requires a written reason.
Approved, rejected, or more information required — with specifics about what was unreadable or missing.
The decision, the reason and the admin are written to an audit log with a request ID.
Reputation
What we are not
Krezuu is not a social feed, not a gig marketplace racing to the cheapest quote, and not a CRM you have to maintain by hand. There are no vanity leaderboards, no follower-count badges and no engagement games. The product is a commercial record that happens to have a good interface.
