For Agencies
Run your private roster, notes and rates as your own business, and step into the wider Krezuu network only when you choose to.
What you get
Krezuu draws a hard line between network data and private organization data, and shows it in the interface.
Internal tags, relationship owners, private notes and negotiated rates are visible only to your organization. Every private field is marked in the UI.
Add someone not yet on Krezuu as an internal profile. When they join and link, your notes stay untouched and the profile connects.
Run a brief against your roster first. Krezuu will ask before widening the search, never automatically.
How submissions work
Scope agreed with the creator, verified by Krezuu. This is what authorises you to submit.
Network campaigns you are eligible for, filtered by your roster fit.
If a manager already submitted them, Krezuu tells you plainly rather than creating a duplicate.
You appear as a participant with your fee, and settle directly from the brand payment.

Representation conflicts
When a creator has both an agency and a manager, Krezuu resolves who applies to a given campaign from the agreed scopes — and tells everyone the answer in one sentence.
“The duplicate-submission handling alone was worth it. Before Krezuu, a manager and one of our leads would both pitch the same creator to the same brand and we would find out from the brand.”
Add creators already on Krezuu, or create internal profiles for those who are not. Private data stays private either way.
